You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin area, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harm others.

Give accurate details so we can help you. Do not send passwords, payment details or anything unlawful or abusive through the support form.

We aim to reply to every genuine request but cannot promise a particular response time or outcome. We may close requests that are duplicates, abusive or sent to disrupt the service.

The ChezaX chatroom and other YazaIT products are separate applications. They may have their own terms, which apply when you use them.

The site, its design, text, logos and the ChezaX and YazaIT names belong to ChezaX Malawi and Rasta Kadema, and you may not copy or reuse them without permission. You keep the rights to what you send us, and you allow us to use it to handle your request.

We work to keep the site running, but it is provided as it is and as available. It may change, pause or be unavailable from time to time, for example during maintenance.

To the extent the law allows, ChezaX Malawi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using or not being able to use the website. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

The site links to other websites and apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi.
